– 4 large tomatoes
– 3 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 teaspoon red chili powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon asafetida
– 5-6 curry leaves
Instructions:
1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
2. Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and fenugreek seeds.
3. When the seeds start to splutter, add the curry leaves and asafetida.
4. Add the turmeric powder and red chili powder and mix.
5. Now, add the chopped tomatoes, salt, and sugar.
6. Mix everything well and cook for 20-25 minutes until the tomatoes are soft and mushy.
7. Turn off the heat and let it cool down.
8. Transfer the tomato mixture to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator.
