Shrimp and Steaks on Pinterest
For the shrimp and steak recipe, you’ll need:
- 1 pound of steak, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the steak and shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Thread the steak and shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the steak is medium-rare and the shrimp is pink and cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Loaded Shrimp Fries
The loaded shrimp fries recipe is perfect for a snack or appetizer. Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 pound of frozen French fries
- 1/2 pound of cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of diced green onions
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
- Spread the frozen French fries on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
- While the fries are baking, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- When the fries are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the cooked shrimp and cheddar cheese over the top of the fries.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the sheet from the oven and sprinkle the green onions and parsley on top of the fries.
- Drizzle the sriracha mayo over the fries and serve hot.
