3. Sterilize all of your equipment, including the carboy, airlock, funnel, and siphon.

4. Dissolve the sugar in hot water and add it to the grape juice. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

5. Crush the Campden tablets and add them to the grape juice. This will kill any bacteria or wild yeast that may be present.

6. Add the yeast nutrient to the grape juice. This will help the yeast to thrive and produce a clean-tasting wine.

7. Sprinkle the wine yeast on top of the grape juice and stir gently. The yeast will begin to ferment the sugar and produce alcohol.

8. Cover the carboy with an airlock and let it sit for 7-10 days. The wine will begin to ferment and produce bubbles.

9. After 7-10 days, siphon the wine off the sediment and transfer it to a clean carboy. Add a new airlock and let it sit for another 3 weeks.

10. After 3 weeks, siphon the wine off any additional sediment and transfer it to a clean carboy. Let it sit for another 3 months to age.

11. After 3 months, your wine should be ready to bottle. Use a siphon and bottle filler to transfer the wine to clean bottles.

12. Store the wine on its side in a cool, dark place for at least 6 months to let it fully develop its flavor.
